Thank you for choosing Future Skill IT. Whether self-paced or instructor-led, we ensure users enjoy the process of finding, evaluating and purchasing our courses.
These Terms of Service (the “ToS”) applies with respect to the usage of the Platform (defined hereinafter) and the services offered by “Future Skill IT”, “we”, or “us”), as amended and having its registered office at No 1702, 3rd main MCECHS Layout, Dr Shivaram Karanth Nagar Post, Bangalore.
These Terms of Service shall mutatis mutandis apply to mobile apps, WhatsApp groups, Discord groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone communications and other communication forums/media hosted by Future Skill IT, which shall be deemed to be part of the Platform (defined hereinafter). You are deemed to have accepted these ToS upon usage of Future Skill IT Services (defined hereinafter). The terms contained in our privacy policy available at (“PrivacyPolicy”), or any other policy of Future Skill IT related to the Future Skill IT services are incorporated into these ToS by this reference.
Your acceptance of the same will irrevocably and unconditionally bind you to comply with and abide by all the obligations and conditions stipulated herein (unless otherwise explicitly made optional). You will be assumed to continue consenting to these ToS until you explicitly withdraw your consent by notifying Future Skill IT of the same in writing. If an executed agreement exists between You and Future Skill IT in relation to the Future Skill IT Services, any deviations from these ToS shall only apply when explicitly agreed in writing between the parties to such an agreement.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL CONDITIONS/CLAUSES CAPTURED IN THESE TOS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
These ToS may be updated, amended, modified or revised by us from time to time. Each such updation or modification to the ToS will be communicated to you via email, through the Website or any other medium. Your continued use of the Future Skill IT Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. We encourage you to refer to these ToS from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any additions, revisions, amendments or modifications that we may have made.
Future Skill IT allows its users to access various training programs on computer sciences designed by Future Skill IT for undergraduates and professionals, including all courses related to Software Testing or any other program or application that Future Skill IT introduces from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Service(s)” or “Future Skill IT Service(s)” and each of these training programs shall be referred to as a “Program” and collectively as “Programs”). Future Skill IT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Future Skill IT Services at any time.
Your continued use of Future Skill IT Services following the posting of any changes to the same (including the addition or removal of features) constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Any information you provide to us for the purposes of registering and setting up your account (as specified below) shall be considered as accurate, complete and updated.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including those of others authorised to access and operate your account) and for maintaining the security of your account and any information you input. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legitimacy of any information, data, or User Data uploaded or posted on the Platform. For the purposes of clarity, as long as your account is accessed with the correct login credentials and unless you notify us of any unauthorised access, you shall be solely responsible for all actions/defaults related to your account.
In consideration of your acceptance of these ToS and if applicable, any subscription agreement executed between you and Future Skill IT, Future Skill IT grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited licence to access and use the Platform and Services, in accordance with the ToS.
During your time with Future Skill IT, you would have access to multiple people/resources that help you learn better. The access policy may vary across those.
Class recordings / Recording of mentor sessions / Recording of TA sessions / Recording of masterclasses:
We guarantee access to all recordings forever (unless for some reason, the platforms themselves cease to exist).
Mentors:
You will have access to schedule 1:1 mentor guidance sessions subject to Future Skill IT policies. Access to schedule sessions is not forever. All sessions not scheduled till 3 months post-completion of your last mandatory class lapse.
Mock Interviews through Experts:
You get a total of 6 mock interviews. These can only be taken till 3 months post-completion of your last mandatory class.
TA Support:
TA support is available throughout your Future Skill IT journey even when you have paused your course. Community group support is available but responses from peers are not guaranteed.
Assignments / Notes:
You will continue to have access forever unless platform services cease to exist.
Career Opportunities:
Learners are connected to job opportunities through community groups or internal hiring partners. Support from hiring teams is available up to 6 months post completion of the last mandatory class.
Future Skill IT does not take any placement guarantee. More details are in the placement policy document.
Future Skill IT may discontinue access to resources for completed learners by giving 30-day notice to download data. Access may be withdrawn if you withdraw from the course, breach ToS, or upon termination.
Learners may opt to pause their program. During pause, previous recordings and doubt resolution will be available but no new lectures will be added.
Reset feature allows learners to go back in increments of 30 days in their program.
By submitting feedback, you consent to our use of feedback without restriction or compensation.
We care about security. While we strive to maintain account safety, we cannot guarantee third parties will not bypass security. Notify any breach to info@futureskillit.com
You may access third-party content through the Service. Future Skill IT disclaims responsibility for objectionable content, malware, or inability to access third-party content.
Future Skill IT respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
Participation data may be used for academic research. Personal identity will not be disclosed without permission.
Future Skill IT Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Use of platform is at your own risk. Certificates are awarded at Future Skill IT’s discretion. Programs are not recognized by regulatory bodies. Enrolment is non-transferable.
You agree to indemnify Future Skill IT against liabilities arising from misuse of Platform, violation of ToS, or violation of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to change Terms. Continued use means acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, others remain valid.

Refund Policy
Users must not share illegal, harmful, abusive, or intellectual property violating content. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
Future Skill IT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond INR 1,000 or matters beyond reasonable control.
Future Skill IT may suspend accounts of repeat infringers. DMCA notices may be sent to info@futureskillit.com
Definitions of Customer, Platform, Future Skill IT Content, User Data, User are as described in the original text.
Copying or submitting others’ work without credit is prohibited.
Unauthorized tools or materials including AI tools are prohibited unless allowed.
Collaboration without authorization is prohibited.
Referrals or enabling others to work fraudulently is prohibited.
Using another account or misrepresentation is prohibited.
Sharing solutions or materials without permission is prohibited.
Any unfair practices affecting ranking or learning environment are prohibited.
All Platform content is owned by Future Skill IT. Unauthorized copying or distribution violates intellectual property laws.
Failure to enforce rights does not waive them. ToS are personal and non-transferable. Notices will be sent in writing. Events beyond control are excluded from liability. Users must be 18+ or supervised by guardian.

Complaints will be handled under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
