Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our course. Whether self-paced or instructor-led, we ensure users enjoy the process of finding, evaluating and purchasing our courses.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Contestants may request cancellation and refund if they wish to cancel participation in any of our services. Please note the following refund eligibility criteria (however):

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

You may opt out of or withdraw from Programs subscribed by you and seek a refund for the fees already paid in relation thereto, provided the Customer informs us in writing regarding the same and seeks the refund of fees paid prior to the expiry of the Refund Window (as detailed in the table below).

The Refund Window is calculated from the date of the first class/session of the relevant Program subscribed by the Customer. We shall not entertain any requests related to refund of fees after the expiry of the Refund Window.

Your access to Future Skill IT resources will cease upon your withdrawal from the course, notwithstanding anything contained herein.

To request for refund, you are required to send an email to operations@futureskillit.com with Subject line:
Requesting Refund / Cancellation of enrollment within the Refund Window.

IT MUST BE NOTED, that notwithstanding the mode of payment used for paying the fees, the refund shall always be made to a bank account (as per the details provided by the customer) through NEFT / IMPS / RTGS or such other facility as deemed fit by Future Skill IT.

We may request information/documents (which may include a cancelled cheque pertaining to the bank account of the customer) to verify your credentials and details of the bank account before initiating the refund.

We shall strive to process the refunds within thirty (30) days of receipt of all relevant information and documentation from you in this regard.

We do not provide refunds for lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.

Program : Refund Window

Three (3) days

You will not be entitled to a return of any Platform fees paid by you, should you wish to withdraw from and discontinue access to the relevant Program subscribed by you outside the Refund Window, for any reason whatsoever.

In case the Platform fees is being/has been paid by a third party on your behalf / you have availed of any third-party financing option, it will be your responsibility to continue to make any payments to such third party, even if you wish to withdraw from and discontinue access to the relevant Program to which you subscribed, outside the Refund Window for any reason whatsoever, and you agree that Future Skill IT has no obligation or responsibility to cease or waive your obligation to make such payments.

Termination

Future Skill IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and the services with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law, in cases where:

• You are in breach of any terms and conditions of this ToS
• Future Skill IT is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to Future Skill IT by you
• Future Skill IT has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on your part

Once temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended or terminated, you may not continue to use the Platform under the same account, a different account or re-register under a new account.

Future Skill IT may destroy and/or delete all the data and other information related to your account as per its discretion.

All provisions of the ToS which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Registration and Account Integrity

As part of the registration process, you will need to accept our ToS and provide:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email ID
• In certain scenarios, contact information of parents/guardian

We will not request access to your password unless you give explicit written permission.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, secure, and not misleading. You cannot create an account username and password using:

(i) Names and information of another person
(ii) Words that are trademarks or property of another party
(iii) Words that are vulgar, obscene or inappropriate

You agree not to use another user’s account or provide access to your account to any third party.

You are solely responsible for activities on your account and must keep your password secure. Notify Future Skill IT immediately of any unauthorized use.

You shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or services required to access the Platform.

Use of Your Information and User Data

All User Data created, transmitted or shared while using Future Skill IT Services should only be information that you own or have the right to use or share.

If you transfer personally identifiable information, we assume you have obtained necessary consent.

We may use this information as per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data availability, we are not responsible for third-party server failures or data loss beyond our control.

Third Party Links and Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the Future Skill IT Services. User Data may be shared with such providers to enable services.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites. Future Skill IT has no control over their content or privacy practices. By using the Platform, you release Future Skill IT from liability arising from third-party website usage.

Rules and Acceptable Usage Policy

Future Skill IT Services and Content are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Harass any user or customer
• Create disharmony in student groups
• Use unethical methods in tests or assignments
• Share content, login credentials, or materials
• Share solutions or use unfair methods in evaluations

Furthermore, you shall not:

(i) Impose unreasonable load on infrastructure
(ii) Interfere with Platform functioning
(iii) Bypass access restrictions
(iv) Modify or create derivative works
(v) Copy, rent, extract, distribute Platform content

Unless specifically allowed by Future Skill IT.

Governing Law

These ToS shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, India.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Future Skill IT does not store credit card information and uses third-party payment gateways. By using them, you agree to their terms.

Future Skill IT is not liable for loss or misuse of payment information stored by third-party providers.

All applicable taxes are calculated based on billing information provided at enrolment.

Policy for NDNC

By using the website and/or registering at futureskillit.com, you authorize us to contact you via email, phone call or SMS regarding services, product knowledge and promotional offers, irrespective of DND/DNC/NCPR registration, for 365 days from registration.

This Privacy Policy covers Future Skill IT’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected on the site and through services.

During registration, we collect:

• First name
• Last name
• Contact number
• Email
• Date of Birth
• Gender

By registering, you authorize us to send SMS/email alerts for login details, service updates, and promotional messages.
